Technical Support Request Form
Send your technical question to the GFI support team. We review and answer messages from 9am CET/ 3am EST until Midnight CET/ 6pm EST. If you submit your support request within these times, we will be able to answer in a matter of hours, maximum 1 business day.
Things you need to check before submitting your support request:
- First check if the answer is in our Skynet. We constantly update, expand, and refine the Knowledge Base to ensure that you have access to the very latest information.
- Compress (ZIP format) and upload any screenshots, event logs or troubleshooter log files to the GFI FTP Site. Please click here for instructions on collecting and uploading log files.
