GFI ReportCenter is a centralized reporting framework that utilizes the installed product ReportPacks to provide you with a list of available reports that you can generate. The information contained in the report is based on the data collected by the specific GFI product.

A ReportPack is thus a plug-in for GFI ReportCenter that exposes a set of reports that are useful for a particular GFI product. A ReportPack can be purchased as an add-on to the GFI product. An example of a ReportPack is the GFI FAXmaker 12.0 ReportPack, further described in the following section.
