2. Select the Default Routers tab.
3. Click Add and specify the user/mailbox where to deliver faxes that cannot be routed.
To use this feature, first create a shared folder with read permissions to all users that will be accessing faxes on this share. When receiving a fax on a routing rule that has Store fax to network share and send transmission report with link to fax option selected, GFI FAXmaker creates a sub-folder in the share as follows:
For example, if a fax is received on the 15th of October 2010, the fax is stored in the following folder:
1. In the GFI FAXmaker configuration, right-click Routing node and select Properties.
2. Select the Network Share tab.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the path entered is in UNC format so that users can access it through the network.
IMPORTANT: GFI FAXmaker required full access to the shared folder specified in order to be able to save faxes.
4. Click Apply.
Do not send transmission report - A transmission report is not sent to notify users about the incoming fax.
Send transmission report with the fax attached - A transmission report is emailed to the list of users, containing the fax attached to the report.
Save fax and send transmission report with link to fax - A transmission report with a link to the fax is emailed to the list of users. When this option is selected, the fax is first stored in the network share configured and users are automatically given read permissions to access the fax. For more information how this feature works, refer to Storing incoming faxes to a network share section.
3. If you selected to send a transmission report, click Add to specify the list of users to send the transmission report to.
NOTE: To remove a user from the user list, select the user and click Remove.
4. Click Apply.

NOTE 2: GFI FAXmaker does not create duplicates for faxes that match two or more routing rules and that have the same Backup2Folder destination.
NOTE 3: This feature requires that the target folder can handle 'long file names'. Hard-disk partition formats that handle long file names include NTFS and FAT32.
2. Select Automatically backup faxes to folder and specify the folder where to backup faxes.
3. Select Backup faxes in this format and select the format to store faxes in.
4. Click Apply.
