2. Click on the Options button and select Add to group.
2. Select all the recipients, by clicking Options > Select all, or by using the mouse.
3. Hit the Delete key, or click Options > Delete record. Deleting all the recipients in a group will also automatically delete the group.
3. Click Select - this will add all the members of the group to the recipient list.
NOTE: A recipient can only be a member of a single group.
