Saving scan results to an external (XML) file Once GFI LANguard N.S.S. completes a security scan, the results are automatically saved to the database backend. Nevertheless, you can also save these results to an external XML file. To achieve this: 1. Go to File > Save scan results… 2. Specify the name of the XML file where the results will be stored (for example, ScanResult_11052006.xml). 3. Click on Save.
