After you have created the scan, you need to indicate to LANguard System Integrity Monitor what files you want the new scan job to monitor. To do this:
- In the LANguard S.I.M. configuration, expand the files node. Now go to the folder(s) or file(s) you wish to monitor. Select all the files you wish to monitor by checking the tick box in front of the file. The process is like creating a back-up job – you are selecting the files you wish to monitor.
Adding selected files to a scan job
- After you have selected all the files and folders you wish to monitor, right-click the mouse and select 'Add all selected files to scan'. A dialog will now appear allowing you to select which scan jobs you want to associate the files to. Select the name of the scan you just created and click OK.
