Configure which archive stores can be browsed and searched

GFI MailArchiver gives you the ability to hide certain archive stores from the users. For example, if an archive store contains very old emails and you do not want the network users to be able to browse and search through it any longer, you can hide it.

2. Click on the GFI MailArchiver } Configuration } Archive Stores node, in the left navigation pane.

3. Click the button to the right of the archive store you want to modify, to display the Archive Store Wizard. On the first page, select or clear the Allow users to browse and search this archive store check box, to make the archive store visible or hidden to the users respectively.

4. Click Finish to close the wizard and then click Save Settings.

GFI MailArchiver will update the archive store lists in the Browse and Search pages accordingly.
