Configuring which emails to archive

To configure which emails you want GFI MailArchiver to archive, follow these steps:

1. Load the GFI MailArchiver configuration as shown in the ‘Introduction to the Configuration’ section earlier in this chapter.

2. Click on the GFI MailArchiver > Configuration > Archiving and User Exclude Options node, in the left navigation pane.

3. To archive inbound emails, under Archiving Options select the Inbound Emails check box.

4. To archive outbound emails, under Archiving Options select the Outbound Emails check box.

5. To archive internal emails, under Archiving Options select the Internal Emails check box.

6. Click Save Settings.
