Selecting in which archive store you want to archive emails

In GFI MailArchiver, you can configure multiple archive stores, but GFI MailArchiver can store new email only to a single archive store at a time.

To configure into which archive store you want to archive new emails, follow these steps:

1. Load the GFI MailArchiver configuration as shown in the ‘Introduction to the Configuration’ section earlier in this chapter.

2. Click on the GFI MailArchiver > Configuration > Archive Stores node, in the left navigation pane.

3. Select the archive store you want to archive new emails into from the Archive in the following store list.

4. Click Save Settings.
