GFI MailArchiver licensing scheme The GFI MailArchiver licensing scheme is based on the number of Exchange mail-enabled users in the Active Directory, whose emails are being archived. For more information on GFI MailArchiver user counting refer to this Knowledge Base article: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID003109 You can download and evaluate the complete version of GFI MailArchiver for 10 days with the default evaluation key. If the data you provided in the download form is correct, you will receive by email a license key which enables you to evaluate GFI MailArchiver for a total of 30 days. During the evaluation period all the GFI MailArchiver features are available. When the evaluation period expires, the GFI MailArchiver user interface will still be accessible; archiving features, however, will be disabled. NOTE: In GFI MailArchiver the license expires when the licensed user count is exceeded. In this case, systems administrators have a 15 day grace period during which they have to purchase new licenses. After the prescribed grace period, the GFI MailArchiver archiving features will be disabled. Licensing notifications will be sent by SMTP using the administrator’s email address specified through the GFI MailArchiver management console.
