3 Import and export emails GFI MailArchiver enables you to extract emails from various email databases and to import them into the GFI MailArchiver archive stores. GFI MailArchiver can import emails from the following email databases: • Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes • PST files locally • PST files on the network • GFI MailArchiver 2 • GFI MailEssentials Through GFI MailArchiver you can export emails from the Archive Stores, for example, to restore deleted emails. The GFI MailArchiver Bulk Export tool can export emails to a: • specific email address • folder on disk in .eml or .msg format • PST file.
