Anti Spam options Mail essentials includes advanced Anti Spam options. When Mail essentials finds a spam message, it will delete the message. To set-up Anti Spam, go to the Anti Spam node and select properties. The following options are available: Refuse mail without FROM in e-mail header: Tick this option if you wish Mail essentials to check if the domain of the sender address is valid. Often spammers will use incorrect email addresses. Anti-spam options Refuse mail from these domains: Here you can specify the domains from which you do not wish to receive email. To specify a domain, click Add and enter the domain name, for instance company.com. Delete mails with word/phrase in body: Tick this option to delete incoming e-mails with certain words or phrases in the body of the e-mail. Enter the words or phrases by clicking Add and entering the text. Delete mails with word/phrase in subject: Tick this option to delete incoming e-mails with certain words or phrases in the subject of the e-mail. Enter the words or phrases by clicking Add and entering the text. Match whole words only: Enabling this option allows you to ensure that Mail essentials will only block mails where the word you specify is a whole word. For example, if you specify the word 'sport', an email with the word 'sport' will be blocked, but not an email with the word 'Allsports'. More: Actions tab
