Disclaimer
In the Disclaimer section of the Mail Security tab, you can specify a disclaimer which will be added to the end of each outgoing e-mail. You can specify different disclaimers for each domain. The disclaimer must be entered in plain text.

Specifying a disclaimer
To add a disclaimer:
1. Highlight the Disclaimer node in the Mail essentials configuration. Right click the mouse, and select New > Disclaimer.

2. Enter the domain for which you wish to add this disclaimer to. That means that for all email which is sent from this domain, this disclaimer will be added. Click OK.
3. A new disclaimer will be listed in the right pane. You can now double-click on the disclaimer and insert the text you wish to be added as disclaimer.
You can also import text from a text file by clicking Import text file. Click Export if you wish to save the text you entered as a text file.
