Protection against future Word Macro viruses In the Anti virus options dialog you can also specify how you want Microsoft Word macros to be treated. You can select one of the following options: Do not check macros (not recommended) – This option will cause Mail essentials to ignore macros and just rely on the anti virus engine to check for new viruses. This option is not recommended! Remove all uncertified macros from document files – This option will remove all macros from a Microsoft Word attachment.
