Quarantined e-mail
When an email does not pass the 'content check' and is quarantined, the email has to be reviewed by an authorised person (from now on called the administrator) and then approved or rejected.
In Mail essentials this review process can be done in 2 ways:
1. Via an HTML email to the administrator.
2. Using the moderator client
Both methods will be discussed. In addition, you can set-up different administrators for different users. That way you can have a supervisor for a particular department review mail for that department only.
