1.4 GFI MailSecurity from a user's perspective GFI MailSecurity is totally transparent to the user. This means that the user will not notice that GFI MailSecurity is active until it blocks an email that triggers a rule, for example, an email that contains a forbidden attachment or a virus. In the case of a suspicious attachment, GFI MailSecurity will quarantine the email for review by the administrator. Optionally, the recipient will receive a message indicating that the mail is awaiting administrator review. As soon as the administrator approves the email, GFI MailSecurity will forward the email to the recipient.
