GFI MailSecurity from a user's perspective
GFI MailSecurity is totally transparent to the user. That means that the user will not notice that GFI MailSecurity is active, until the user sends or receives a mail which has triggered a rule in GFI MailSecurity, for example because it included a forbidden attachment or a virus.
In the case of a suspicious attachment, GFI MailSecurity will quarantine the mail attachment for review by the administrator. Optionally, the recipient will receive a message saying that a mail is waiting for administrator review. Once the administrator approves the email, the mail will be sent to the recipient.
