- Windows 2000 Server or Advanced Server with Service Pack 1 or higher installed OR Windows 2003 Server or Advanced Server.
- Microsoft Exchange server 2000 with Service Pack 1 or higher installed or Microsoft Exchange server 2003.
- If using Small Business Server, ensure you have installed Service Pack 2 for Exchange Server.
- IMPORTANT: Disable Anti Virus software from scanning the GFI MailSecurity directories! AV products are known to both interfere with normal operation as well as slow down any software which requires file access. - Make sure that backup software is not backing up any of the GFI MailSecurity directories at any point.
