GFI MailSecurity from a user's perspective
GFI MailSecurity is totally transparent to the user. This means that the user will not notice that GFI MailSecurity is active until an email triggers a rule, for example, if an email is blocked because a filter identified that it contains a forbidden attachment or a virus.
In the case of a suspicious attachment, GFI MailSecurity will quarantine the email for review by the administrator. Optionally, the recipient will receive a message indicating that the mail is awaiting administrator review. As soon as the administrator approves the email, it is forwarded to the recipient.
