Introduction to Content Checking

This chapter will show you how to set up Content Checking in GFI MailSecurity. The Content Checking feature allows you to create rules in which you define keywords and logical operators to filter emails that contain offensive or confidential information for example.

In GFI MailSecurity, content checking rules are configured from the Content Checking node. This page lists all the existing content checking rules, and it allows you to disable or enable them and set their processing priority. From this page you can also create new content checking rules as well as delete and modify existing content checking rules.
