There are a couple of log types that Kerio Connect can record, and Debug Log is one of them. The Debug log monitors various kinds of information (log messages) that is used mainly for problem-solving, but not all of them are enabled by default. Depending on the issue that you are working on, there are cases where you need to enable specific types of debug log message for troubleshooting.

In the Kerio Connect administration interface, navigate to Logs > Debug.
Right-click on the logs area and click Clear Log.
Right-click on the Logs area once again and click Messages.
In the Logging Messages dialog box, search for the log message type that you want to enable, i.e., LDAP Server.
Enable the log message type by checking the tick box and click on OK.
