GFI LanGuard enables you to discover and manage mobile devices such as phone or tablets through the Mobile Device Management Source.
This article guides you on how to connect to Microsoft Office 365 for your mobile device.
NOTE: Working with Microsoft Office 365 requires .NET Framework 4.5. GFI LanGuard provides the facility to install .NET 4.5 automatically whilst configuring a new Mobile Device Management Source with Office 365.
- Launch GFI LanGuard.
- Go to Configuration > Mobile Devices and select Add Mobile Device Management Source.
- Select Microsoft Office 365 on the Type drop-down menu then enter the Server Name and credentials.
NOTE: The specified account needs to be a global administrator.
- Set to refresh mobile device information by scheduling an audit.
Optional: Place a checkmark on Exclude Mobile Devices to ignore mobile devices while processing the audit then click Next.
- Select or unselect the accounts to manage and click Finish.
