This article describes the process to resolve the issue which occurs when the error log shows the following entries:
- Unexpected error 26
- Cannot open database
Admin access to the Kerio Connect server is required.
The search.fld file for the affected folder is corrupted.
To resolve the issue, follow the steps mentioned below:
Navigate to the Kerio store folder.
Navigate to the user's folder reported in the log. For example:
Re-index the mailbox of the affected user.
The error log does not show the error entries.
