This article provides information about the specifics of FaxMaker Online and the Accounts Portal being two completely separate systems with unique characteristics.
System Comparison
- Accounts Portal: This system provides information about the customer and the products owned by that customer. It also shows renewal information and users that are allowed to log in to view this information.
- FaxMaker Online Portal: This system provides information about users who can send and receive faxes with the service and administrators who can administer the account. You can also see subscription information to know when it is time to purchase more pages. This information is not exportable.
You can see that the two systems are separate and unique. When exporting license information from the Accounts Portal, therefore, no information about what is stored in the FaxMaker Online portal is exported.
