Exporting the GFI LanGuard Reports and the Supported Formats

Overview

This article provides a list of formats that the reporting module uses to export the files. The article also presents the process of exporting a scheduled report.

Information

By selecting the Export to File option while creating a report, the following formats are available for the user to choose from:

• *.pdf
• *.rtf
• *.xls
• *.xlsx
• *.html
• *.mht
• *.png

Process

1. Click on Reports.
2. Click on the Scheduled Reports options.
3. Select Export to File > Export Settings.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Storage Options > Report Format.
5. If you want to configure the reports sent via the email alerts, click on Alerting Options under the Scheduled Reports options.
6. Select Add Schedule.
