Viewing FaxMaker Service Accounts in Use

Overview

This article shares the process of viewing the FaxMaker service accounts in use.

Note: You will need to have access to the server on which FaxMaker is installed to complete this process.

Process

Follow these steps on the server on which FaxMaker is installed:

1. Go to Start > Run.
2. Type services.msc and click OK.
3. Find the 'GFI FaxMaker Fax Server' service.
4. Right-click the service and select Properties.
5. Select the "Log On" tab to make the service account visible. 

Note: If the FaxMaker service accounts are different for each service, repeat these steps for the FaxMaker Attendant and FaxMaker Message Transfer Agent services.

Confirmation

Once on the "Log On" tab, you will see the account being used to operate the FaxMaker services.
