Overview
A Microsoft Excel document with a single sheet is converted into a fax page with multiple pages with the same content.

Root Cause
The Printer Properties of the document determines how many times the single excel sheet should be converted into a fax file.
Resolution
- Open the document in Microsoft Excel.
- Navigate to File > Print > Printer Properties.
- Verify the field Number of copies is set to 1. If otherwise, set the value to 1.
