PROBLEM
Printers under the GFI FaxMaker Advanced node are listed twice.
ENVIRONMENT
- GFI FaxMaker
- All supported environments
SOLUTION
- Back up the FaxMaker configuration per the instructions in this article
- Remove all the printers
- Re-add the printers again by selecting Advanced > Printers > New and completing the wizard
CAUSE
The upgrade wizard fmcfgupg.exe was run twice, causing duplicate printers to be entered.
