PROBLEM
When sending a fax with an attachment through GFI FaxMaker, the sender receives a report with the following error:Attachment Conversion failed : 0
The log file conversion.gfi_log indicates:
convConvert _ converting to G3 TIFF failed
ENVIRONMENT
- GFI FaxMaker
- All supported environments
SOLUTION
Please ensure that the attached TIF image is compressed in G3 or G4. Other TIF compressions are not supported by GFI FaxMaker.
