Overview
Outbound fax email requests that contain one or more attachment(s) will trigger an email notification with the following error:
1812 : Converter Module Error. Could not convert FMK file to FAX file.
This article describes the root cause and the resolution for this error.
Environment
- GFI FaxMaker
- All supported environments
Root Cause
GFI FaxMaker printer may become corrupt.
Resolution
Re-create the GFI FaxMaker printer on the GFI FaxMaker machine.
