PROBLEM
GFI FaxMaker fails to process FMD files. The log file indicates the following error:
Failed to create instance of xml document. [0x80040154]
ENVIRONMENT
- GFI FaxMaker
- All supported environments
SOLUTION
- Open a command prompt (Start > Run > type cmd.exe and press Enter)
- Change directory to the C:\Windows\system32 folder
- Type the following commands to register these DLL files:
- regsvr32 msxml3.dll
- regsvr32 msxml4.dll
- Reboot the server
