The user is unable to login to FaxMaker Monitor. This article details the settings required for logging into the FaxMaker Monitor.
Please verify the following steps:
- Make sure that the FaxMaker Attendant service is started.
- Only the Fax Administrators can log in to the FaxMaker Monitor so make sure that the account is added in the GFI FaxMaker Configuration by navigating to FaxMaker Configuration > Advanced > Fax Administrators.
- If still getting an invalid username, navigate to IIS > Default Web Site > FaxMaker > Authentication and make sure ASP.NET Impersonation is 'disabled'.
You will be able to log in to FaxMaker Monitor successfully.
