AnswerGarbled faxes is a general term for incomplete and/or poor quality faxes.
Faxes can become garbled during the fax transmission, and common factors affecting this might be:
- Poor telephone line condition
- Line noises
- Faults on the receiving/sending device.
ECM is enabled by default on GFI FaxMaker. The option can be found in the Properties of the line > Line Options tab.
