PROBLEM
When sending legal size faxes the top and bottom of the page are cut off although the remote party is capable to receive legal size faxes.
ENVIRONMENT

SOLUTION

Start > Control Panel > Devices and Printers

Right-click the GFI FaxMaker printer > Printer Properties

Under the General tab click Preferences...

Under the Layout tab click Advanced...

Under Paper / Output change 'Paper Size' to 'Legal'
CAUSE
The paper size configured in GFI FaxMaker printer is set to A4 by default.
