How to IdentifyBintec Router
FaxMaker Faxserver service suddenly stops processing in- and outbound faxes successfully. Inbound faxes are kept unanswered by the GFI FaxMaker application and outbound faxes stuck in the outbound fax queue.
Outbound fax calls:

Inbound fax calls:
Reason: 0x3493 Disconnect cause from the network in accordance with Q.850
Cause value 19 No answer from user (user alerted)
Workaround / Fix DetailsRestart the FaxMaker FaxServer service on daily basis.
