Overview
GFI LanGuard is unable to gather information about mobile devices connected to the Microsoft Exchange Server.

Root Cause
The account being used by GFI LanGuard does not have enough access privileges to retrieve this information.
Resolution
The account specified to connect to the Exchange Server requires the following:
- Must be a member of the Exchange Organization Administrators domain group.
- Should have the Log on as a service right on Exchange.
