TT231How to Identify
There are two different ways to identify that issue:
1:
- Open LanGuard Console and go to the Dashboard > Computers
- On the right 'Additional Information Categories' box, select 'Patching Status'
- The Patching Status details of the selected computers are missing and only the character ( - ) is displayed
2:
- Open log file lanss_v102_configtools.csv and search for the error below:

Apply the patch http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/LG10/20111128/LANGUARD102_PATCH_20120924_01.zip.
The patch does not work for LanGuard 2012..Required Actions
Apply the Workaround.
