This article describes the process to follow when the reports in the Reports tab of the GFI LanGuard console disappear. If you open the
toolcfg_repsdata.xml located in the
%ProgramData% directory (
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GFI\LanGuard 11\ on a 2003 class computer) you can search for and find the names of reports.
A patch for the issue was released via Program Updates. Please do a Program Update or upgrade to the latest version.
