How to Identify- The synchronisation status under Configuration -> Central Management Server shows "Error encountered while synchronizing: An item with the same key has already been added"
Workaround / Fix DetailsThere has been a patch created for this issue and deployed via program updates.
Required ActionsHave the user perform latest program updates. In the LanGuard console go to Configuration > Program Updates > Update.
