Problem SummaryUser has full access to USB storage devices and can move files to and from the device / PC, however if you open a file from the device and try to save you get an error and the file is not saved, or the file is corrupted.

How to IdentifyMicrosoft Excel:
When you save .xlsx you receive error "The document was saved successfully, but Excel cannot re-open it because of a sharing violation. Please close the document and try to open it again."
You are able to save .docx but when you open the file again you get error "The file cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents. The file is corrupt and cannot be opened."
When you save .doc you receive error "The disk is full. Free some space on this drive, or save the document on another disk."
Problem can happen with other applications that either show an error when saving or the file is corrupt when trying to open it after saving directly to the storage device.

2. type of file and the exact behavior
3. log files from the server and from the agent machine
