When the ESEC agent is installed, Symantec System Recovery backup jobs do not complete and an error is encountered.

How to Identify

The following error is encountered when trying to run a backup job: -Cannot create a virtual volume image of the selected drive. --Error E0020002: Device \\?\SymantecSnapshot0 cannot be opened. ---Error EBAB03F1: Access is denied. Issue occurs with the following versions: Symantec System Recovery 2010 Symantec System Recovery 2011
