How to Identify

To verify that you are being affected by this known issue, open the 'digester.csv' log file and see if you have the error below: 2014-03-28, 11:43:08, 974, 0, 100c, 1194, error, digester.dll, .ctor, Exception when initializing chart object - Type: System.Data.SqlServerCe.SqlCeException, Message: The database file may be corrupted. Run the repair utility to check the database file. [ Database name = \\?\C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\EventsManager2013\Data\Operational\Dashboard\cache_critical_events.db ], Inner exception:
