After changing the IP address of the GFI Archiver server, users are unable to access the web interface remotely.

- From your browser, delete cookies and cache data
- Close the browser
- Restart all GFI Archiver services and the IIS Admin service
- Open the browser again and load the GFI Archiver web page
The browser's cookies and cache data contain information about the connection to the server. If information about the server has changed, the browser will try to use the information stored to connect. Deleting the cookies and cache data ensures that a fresh connection can be made.
