Overview
This article describes the resolution of the error: 'The time zone ID '' was not found on the local computer' when opening the GFI MailArchiver web page. This happens on certain pages, e.g. the archive page of the user profile page. The Outlook Connector also fails to synchronize.

Note: It is important that there is no string between '' in the above error. If there is one, please check Error When the Time Zone ID Is Not Found on the Local Computer.
