Overview
This article describes the process to forcefully resynchronize the whole user mailbox for the Mailbox Folder Structure Retrieval.
Process
To resynchronize forcefully, follow the steps as mentioned below:
- Stop the GFI Archiver Core service.
- Open the folder: ..\GFI\Archiver\Core\UMPolling
- Delete the cookie for the mailbox in question. The file contains the email address of the user in the file name and ends with .dat; for example, UMPEWSCook_user@domain.com.dat or UMPollCook_user@domain.com.dat
- Start the GFI Archiver Core service.
NOTE: Ensure that the email address of the mailbox which the cookie has been deleted for is visible in the Microsoft Exchange Global Catalog.
