MailInsights is not scheduling Monthly User Traffic reports correctly

How to Identify

When saving a monthly report, start date is the first of the month, end DAY is the day the report was created. This can be reproduced by scheduling the report for Monthly, on any day before the end of the month, then checking the MIReportsScheduled.xml Report will go out at the end of the month properly, but will contain data only up to the point that the report was scheduled.

Workaround / Fix Details

Only schedule reports on the last day of the month. No other workaround is currently available.
