How to Identify

Installing the Outlook Connector and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook Add-In into the same Outlook installation causes Outlook to crash. The crash occurs when clicking on emails within the Outlook Connector mailbox within Outlook. The crash itself is triggered by the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook Add-In.
