How to Identify

The MailInsights Communication Flow report fails to generate with the error below: Core2\DebugLogs\MIRepConn.log 2013-06-03,11:08:21,670,1,"#00001620","#00000015","error ","MIRepConn","Error: while Collecting report Information from Report Options: System.InvalidOperationException: There is an error in XML document (1, 326). ---> System.FormatException: The string '2013-04-01T00.00.00' is not a valid AllXsd value. Notes: - Could reproduce this on a Win2003 server with MARC and all OS locale settings set to Italian - Could not reproduce this on a Win2008 R2 server - Might occur with other non-English languages too - Could possible occur with other reports too

Workaround / Fix Details

Fixed in build 20130704.

Required Actions

Upgrade to 20130704 or newer.
