This article describes the process to follow in case the previous administrator email that was configured continues receiving notifications after it has been changed to a new one.
- GFI MailEssentials.
- All supported environments.
Changes to the administrator account require a re-start of the GFI MailEssentials services to take effect:
- Open GFI MailEssentials Configuration.
- Navigate to General Settings > Settings node.
- Locate the General tab.
- Under the Administrator email section, update to the new administrator email address.
- Re-start all GFI MailEssentials services.
