Unable to access the Whitelist page within the GFI MailEssentials UI due to: 'An unexpected error occurred in the GFI MailEssentials Configuration' and 'Request timed out'
The logs will reference the PWLBL.sdf:

- GFI MailEssentials
- All supported environments
- Stop all GFI MailEssentials services and set the AV and AS Scan Engines to disabled
- Browse to Program Files\GFI\MailEssentials\Antispam\Data and locate the PWLBL.sdf
- Rename this to PWLBL.old
- Restart the GFI MailEssentials services and a new PWLBL.sdf database should be created.
PWLBL.sdf was corrupt.
